went B&Js before training but queue too long so didnt get it in the end. oh wells. then after that trg was first warm ups then after that layup and then free throws and 4-on-4. my free throws suck….10 outta 51. shitt. and i really wanna tell lingyi and shihui that they REALLY DID IMPROVE ALOT!!!congratz people continue to jiayou yarh? then after training just went up to drink and talk…walau. i still very the bu shuang about the results.grarhhh.
