finally…i have nth else to say but

i dun understand…i dun understand why it is that i can never smile naturally anymore…it sucks…the last time when i smiled because of true happiness, from the bottom of my heart….i guess it was last year. i cant remember exactly. it has just been a few months, i am sure..but i dun understand why i cant remember the feeling, i dun understand why i cant remember when. it just seems tortorous… i remember…i only learnt to smile, from the bottom of my heart, in sec 1. and somehow, 2 years later, i lost the ability once again. somehow, my smiles now are all faked. my laughter, my smiles. all unnatural. all fake. all just a mask… somehow i cant get back the smile, the laughter…all you have to do is to compare the photos now, and the pictures i took just a few months back (perhaps in jan)…there is a BIG difference. the feeling is different: a few months back, it was really all natural…it was really due to the fact that i was happy, it was really due to the fact that i was still lauren….i was still the lauren who goes high and crazy over little stuff; and now it is really all faked out and stiff, all just nothing but a mask….i dunno what caused the change. perhaps…the environment? cos that is all that has changed. nopes, i shant blame the environment. i shall blame myself…blame myself for not learning to treasure what i had, blame myself for being such a loser, blame myself for being so affected by the environment, blame myself for not remaining as lauren…come to think of it, since perhaps after CNY, since when have i been truly happy [exclude bball trainings] and since when have i smiled from the bottom of my heart, and since when have i been myself again, going high and crazy over little things? again, exclude bball trainings. i dont understand, why is it that bball trainings can actually make me happy, from the bottom of my heart. interest?passion?or is it just the memories? or is it cos of the team? i dun understand…only during bball trainings can i become the old me…2-3 hours in 24 hours? i guess it is more than enough…for the kind of environment i am in now….i miss the old me, i miss the natural smiles and laughters, i miss the real happiness…perhaps i shd just stop ranting, and continue looking as if i care;looking as if i am happy…continue putting on the mask? i dunno…i’ll try, try to return to the old me, who is like 80% of the time positive and happy and high and motivated…i have to try…it’s more than just me. it’s cause i promised laoshi. i have to…i have to get back to the old me…natural. i shall try.no more forced and masked smiles. i hope…

這次的我…終於真的享受了過程.

什麼都不想,

注重了結果,

但在同時,

慢下自己的步伐,

享受了這一切的一切.

結果,雖然累…

但真的享受了整個準備過程.

在準備的過程中,

真的所有的傷感都頓時消失了;

真的什麼都不想….只想著享受過程…

謝謝讓我有機會感受到這種享受…

心疼….

看到他們在球場上跌的這麼厲害,

看到他們這麼的拼命,

看到他們就算生病還上場打球…

心疼…但在同時感動…

雖然輸了這場比賽,

但大家都盡了力.

為他們感到驕傲…

享受過程最重要.

oooh my other blog is working now. okay just finished copying over….anws, lol coach damn embarrassed…mr sham will get his turn soon lolx. anws i really enjoyed myself it was really nice…with the cai wen xing song, the happy birthday, the cake, the shocked faces on the home u pple faces, the guys feeling damn malu doing the actions, coach shooting in all the NICE shots and all…it rawks….i love nj bball. jiayous arh. and i think that the guys did play okay lahh…they did rawk kaes…jiayoujiayou!!!! you all shd have seen coach’s RED face, the guys looking damn malu, sham laughing at coach and all….it rawks i love you all….and i love laoshi too she rawks big time….and yeahh i promise…i’ll go look for laoshi, look for eeleng, look for sann, look for liana AS SOON AS I CAN….i promise. i miss you guys loads….

i dont know what to say…is it even safe for me to say anything now? my freedom of speech is gone, there is nothing i am allowed to say. and you want to know what i feel? there is nothing i can do. but to talk to friend and talk to eeleng. plus, i dont see what is wrong with not believing in the existence of true friendship. i dont know. why does not believeing in true friendship equate to lauren-needs-counselling? does that mean that jingning needs counselling? i dunno. there is not much i can say now. cause apparently my blog is found. i have no idea how it is found, but since it is i guess i will just shut up.

and i want to thank sherryn for asking, joshua for being such a nice person, eeleng for helping, and laoshi for caring. LAOSHI RAWKS BIG TIME. have i mentioned that she is the BESTEST form teacher anyone can ever find? i am really really grateful for the fact that she has been my ft for 2 years…i know laoshi cares…i know she does. i miss laoshi LOADS. i miss the times when i could just talk to her…it sucks. i just cant bring myself to mafan her anymore…i really miss laoshi. i miss 2G…i dunno what to say anymore. there is nothing i can say about anything…anything i say now would mean endangering myself. all i know is that nj is really EMOTIONLESS and is just a BUILDING. it sucks. MG…it is darn protected. but at least there are feelings…

i think i tear too easily.i dunno why, i listen to this also can listen until ALMOST tear. alamaks. before the game, when they were warming up, coach came up to us (me gayle and marilyn) and asked “do you want to play next year?” and then told us that we were lacking in arm power, and so need to train BOTH weights AND medicine ball. WE CAN DO IT! it’s for the NJ bball family…which includes BOTH the guys and girls, and of cos COACH AND MR SHAM…

and nopes, we didnt win today’s match. but it’s okay. cos our energy level was up, AND WE DID DO THE TALKING; WE PLAYED FULL COURT PRESS; WE DID OUR BEST; WE CHIONGED TO THE END; WE DIDNT GIVE UP. whether or not we get into the 2nd round, it doesnt matter. cos at the end of the day, we leave the court with NO regrets. for we have given all out. jiayous arh. 2 more games. just give all out. leave with no regrets. i dunno…i guess we missed LOTS of baskets, but we did keep JJ under control. i dunno, i just think that everyone really did give all out. whether or not she made shots. like fangyu, she said she didnt make any shot…but look she did try her best in defence, she did go all out, she continued playing although she fell and sprained her alr taped ankle…i think we did great. jiayous arh!!!!! we CAN do it. and for the guys who are playing on friday, JIAYOU! you guys CAN do it. have faith…

end of match, we were satisfied. we played well. we played our best. we were perhaps the only school which didnt get scolded. we sang coach a birthday song. and mr sham thinks its not loud enough. perhaps in october we would show him what a LOUD one is. anyways, i really think coach rawks. he is like whoa. compare him to the other coaches who just cant seem to leng jing, i think he rawks.
